Representative Eddie Bernice Johnson of Texas accused George W. Bush and the Republican party of stealing the 2000 election.  In the same speech she demanded international monitoring of the 2004 Presidential election.

CNN reports: "The Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe was invited to monitor the election by the State Department. The observers will come from the OSCE's Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.  It will be the first time such a team has been present for a U.S. Presidential election."

Fact: George W. Bush won the majority of electoral votes.

Fact: Even after arguably illegal ballot recounts in select counties in  Florida, George W. Bush won the election.

Fact: The U.S. Constitution established the Electoral College that has been used for 214  years without international involvement.

Inviting the "international community" to monitor our elections is the foundation to build a series of lawsuits if the "correct" candidate doesn't win.
